1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us.

Midget7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Midget7 reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service if there is reasonable suspicion that the buyer is under the legal age. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and may be subject to applicable penalties under Philippine law.

Vaping products must not be purchased on behalf of, or gifted to, any person under 21 years of age.

3. Products

Midget7 sells exclusively vaping hardware — electronic cigarette devices, mods, atomisers, tanks, batteries, chargers, coils, pods, and related accessories. We do not sell e-liquids, nicotine salts, or any nicotine-containing products.

All products sold by Midget7 are authentic goods sourced from authorised distributors. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in appearance between product photos and actual items may occur due to manufacturing batches or display differences.

4. Ordering

By placing an order on midget7.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Midget7 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

• The item is out of stock or no longer available.
• There is a pricing error on the listing.
• The order cannot be verified for fraud or security reasons.
• The buyer is suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• Payment has not been received or cannot be confirmed.

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method.

5. Pricing

All prices on midget7.com are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale pricing are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively. Midget7 is not obligated to honour pricing errors caused by system or typographical mistakes — we will notify you of any such error and offer cancellation or correction.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• GCash
• Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks)
• Credit/Debit Card (via our payment gateway partner)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not supported. Please message us directly to confirm your order and arrange one of the payment methods above.

Orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch. For bank transfers, please send your proof of payment to confirm your order. Midget7 does not store or process full card details on its servers.

You agree to use midget7.com only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any user account.
• Resell products purchased from Midget7 without our written authorisation.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from this website without permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on midget7.com — including but not limited to logos, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and the website design — is the property of Midget7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of Liability

Midget7 is not liable for:

• Delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier partners.
• Technical issues, downtime, or errors on third-party payment platforms.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Vaping products are intended for use by adults only and may carry health risks. Midget7 does not make any health claims about vaping products and recommends that users consult a physician before using such products, especially individuals with pre-existing medical conditions. Keep all vaping devices and batteries away from children and pets.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines.
