Why We Verify Age
Under Republic Act No. 11900 (Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act), the purchase and use of vaping products in the Philippines is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This law applies to all vendors, sellers, and retailers of vaping products — online and physical stores alike.
We take this responsibility seriously. Midget7 will not process orders from, or sell products to, any individual who is under the legal age. Providing false information about your age constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be subject to applicable legal penalties.
How Our Age Gate Works
When you visit midget7.com for the first time, you will be shown an age verification prompt asking you to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If you confirm:
- Your verification is stored in your browser's local storage.
- You will not be shown the age prompt again on the same device and browser until you clear your browser data.
- You can browse and purchase from our site normally.
If you indicate that you are under 21, you will be redirected away from the site. You will not be able to access or purchase vaping products from midget7.com.
Our age gate relies on self-declaration. While we cannot verify age with absolute certainty online, we take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access and enforce this policy at the point of sale and delivery.
Age Verification at Delivery
Our courier partners and delivery staff are instructed to verify the recipient's age upon delivery where possible. If a delivery agent has reasonable grounds to believe the recipient is under 21 years of age, they may refuse to hand over the package and return it to us.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued (minus original shipping costs).
Parental Advisory
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your household has accessed our website or made a purchase, please contact us immediately at admin@midget7.com. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly, including cancelling and refunding the order where possible.
