Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which Midget7 accepts returns, exchanges, and issues refunds. Last updated: March 2026.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included and undamaged.
  • The item has not been fired, charged, filled, or used in any way.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt from midget7.com).

Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted unless the item arrived defective or damaged (see Dead on Arrival policy below).

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or stops functioning within 48 hours of delivery, it qualifies for our DOA policy:

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the item — contact us via Messenger or email.
  • Provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the defect. Items reported without supporting media may not qualify.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturing defects discovered after 48 hours but within 7 days may be covered by a one-to-one exchange, subject to assessment. Items that show signs of user damage (drops, water exposure, improper charging) are not covered under DOA.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Coils and pods that have been unwrapped or used.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or as part of a bundle deal (unless defective on arrival).
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or improper charging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first — message us on Messenger or email admin@midget7.com within the return window. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
  2. Provide your order details — order number, item name, and reason for return, along with supporting photos or video.
  3. Receive approval — we will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
  4. Ship the item back — once approved, send the item to our address using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  5. Processing — once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a different variant than what you ordered, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Subject to stock availability, we will ship the correct item once we receive the returned item.

If the correct variant is out of stock, we will offer either a full refund or store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item) or a DOA claim.

Refunds will only be processed to the same GCash/bank account used for the original payment. For COD orders, please provide your preferred payment details when initiating the return.

Warranty

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 3–6 months for mods and kits, 1 month for consumables). Warranty claims must be made through Midget7 — do not contact manufacturers directly.

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage from improper use or modification.
