Shipping Policy
At Midget7, we ship exclusively within the Philippines. This policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. Last updated: March 2026.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by our courier partner.
For same-day or next-day delivery within Metro Manila, please contact us directly via Messenger before placing your order to check availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, weather conditions, or logistics disruptions. Midget7 is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once an item has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for provincial areas outside Luzon may vary. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or the contact number you provided at checkout. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or app:
- J&T Express: jtexpress.ph

- LBC: lbcexpress.com
If you did not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your confirmed payment, please contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If delivery fails on both attempts due to no one being available at the address or an incorrect address provided by the buyer:
- The parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee at the buyer's expense.
- If the buyer chooses not to receive the re-delivered item, a refund will be issued for the product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Midget7 cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
Packaging
All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as glass tanks are bubble-wrapped and placed in rigid outer packaging. We take photos of items before dispatch as proof of condition and packaging.
Shipping Restrictions
Midget7 ships vaping hardware only. We do not ship e-liquids or nicotine-containing products in any form. We currently ship only within the Philippines — no international shipping is available at this time.
Deliveries to remote areas (islands, mountain barangays, and areas with limited courier access) may be subject to additional fees or longer delivery timeframes. We will contact you if your area falls under this category.
